Smart Recruit Online were struggling to find the right DSE solution for their fast-growing, hybrid team. "Before VIDA, we didn’t have any solution in place for providing desk assessments for our staff. As the Office and HR Manager, I was tasked with finding a desk assessment solution that worked for us and our hybrid working model.
It was difficult to find the best solution that worked for a small but fast-growing business like ours.
